Well, my bike was just returned 06/27/2019pm cst.
This was to correct a nasty perpetual fuse block
problem, that precludes the electric starter operation.
On a bike, If your electric starter won't spin, it's not
going to be a good day for you.FPS 75238 has stuck with me to get this problem
corrected over the last few months.I see the reviews here, and note those of negative
content. I know, I had problems with this store in the
past also. But, that was a previous owners ship. Taking
over existing stores like this is a very daunting task, rife
with problems and surprises that just appear from nowhere.
But, they seem to be quick to address those issues needing
attention. Additionally, they seem to be very busy. That
certainly adds to a possible chaotic misunderstanding at times.Things seem to operate a lot smoother when the customer
can clearly outline/document the needs, so the store can
fully understand. It can be very hard to try and read others
minds.I had a very good service interaction with FPS during my
most recent visits. And, in addition to this electrical problem,
I had some other seasonal work done, and wear items replaced.
All went very well. And I've been happy with the level of attention
I've received, under these difficult circumstances.I think, as I experienced, that if you have a little patience, state

I needed a repair on my FJR due to a long term, intermittent problem, that was beginning to strand
me away from home. Unfortunately, this problem had progressed from intermittent to constant.I came to the Plano Road Dallas Freedom dealer for advice. They were able to trailer the bike to their shop, and begin the diagnosis almost immediately. Everyone that I encountered was very professional, and helpful. They phoned me to acknowledge receipt of the bike(since I stayed home), and when the diagnosis was beginning. Not too long, I was phoned with the final prognosis. I authorized the repair, and retrieved the bike a couple of days later(my daily schedule). After a couple of weeks now, I've had no further problems with the bike, and the repair was concluded just as I would have expected. Just the way us seniors like it. I had also ordered a small replacement
screw prior to this repair incident. That process went just as seamless as did the repair.I'm sure glad that this dealer is available/reputable, because they're close to my home. Thank you

Excellent experience from start to finish.
New sales manager was very helpful and friendly. Our watercraft were clean and ready to go. The Sales guy really made us feel like he cared, (Andrew). Always following up with us before we came in.

The service manager or parts man was very nice and helpful . The parts specialist Matt Simmons was also very helpful and professional in every way . Bought 4 items . They are looking for some more accessories now . We give them a 10 all the way and will tell people to go there for everything.

Great service, attention to details, friendly, courteous all describe the Freedom Powersports Dallas location. Donnie in sales returned my phone calls and answered all my questions with a friendly, informative and patient attitude. He gave me a great trade in value and an excellent deal on the new FJR I purchased. He has been in the MC business for years working in sales, service and management. He explained the features and benefits of the machine in a way even a novice would understand. The bike was delivered to my house within a few hours after the purchase, clean, full of gas and ready to go. Thank you Loren, Donnie and Chris the service manager for a great experience.

I recently had an axle issue with my 2006 Grizzly that I did not purchase from Motion CycleSports, as I did not know they were there at the time I purchased it. Not wanting to drive across the metroplex to take it where I purchased it, I decided to take it to Motion even though I knew I would not be treated as well as I would at the other place where I purchased both of my ATVs. Was I ever wrong! Not only was I treated like a life-long customer, but even though my Grizzly was out of warranty, Craig the Service Manager called me and said it should not have happened and got Yamaha to warranty it.Another day I broke a valve adjusting a screw and they did not have it in stock. I really needed one as I was on a 3-day ride. I walked back to the service department again and showed Craig what I had done. He went out into the shop and came back with 4 of them for me. Customer service is his middle name.Jack in the Parts Department is fantastic as well. The last time I was in I had an expired card good for a 15% discount. Jack gave me the discount anyway. These two guys and their teams are such a positive reflection on Motion CycleSports that I can tell you now that I will not purchase my third ATV at the other place. Craig and Jack, my hat is off to you!

I have had nothing but five-star service from everyone up at Motion. They have continued helping me from when I first walked through the door. I have been buying bikes from Motion for years and Steve has been the best. Steve is the man who makes everything happen. He loves racing and knows what people want. Wow, their parts department and service department are over the top. I want to say thanks to Chad, Brad, and especially Dwayne and Jack Yost for helping me keep my bike together by doing whatever it takes to make sure my parts are there on time. Sprint and Jeremy have put in many hours helping me work on bikes and giving me advice on the phone. These guys really know their stufftry them! From buying my bike to keeping it running, the team up at Motion is top notch. They have been sponsoring me for years and without them I could not be racing the way I am now. Even though I have a bike that you don't sell, your service department has definitely given me the reasons to make my next purchase from your dealership, whether it's a personal watercraft or ATV. Sprint encouraged me to make some modifications to my Honda by adding Cobra exhaust, and BOY, what a difference! His knowledge of parts, service, and overall performance left me with a feeling of complete confidence. My son and I attended the Winter 2005 boat show. We went to learn about PWCs and what model might best fit our needs. Although we had ridden several rented and friends' models, we wanted to make a wise purchase for our needs. We visited several vendors at the show that had the model we decided on and purchased it from Cory at Motion CycleSports. The other vendors either didn't know what they were talking about or sat their lazy butts in their chairs moaning about how long the boat show day was. Then we can across a class act: Cory. He answered all our questions and, trust me, we had a lot. We really had to decide between several manufacturers' pros and cons (styling, etc.) and we decided to go with a leader: Sea-Doo. Now we needed to decide on the model and Cory continued to provide unbiased answers that best fit our interests. We were not even worried about the price because Motion/Cory had no hidden agenda. Cory, with the backing of a great "working owner" Steve, was committed to getting us the best product at the best price. With no pressure to buy now from Cory and all the help he provided, I had to tell him thanks and let all the information soak in. It's certainly not a small purchase for me. Plus, I'm a guy that wants to sleep on things.It was time for the show to close and we had walked the show for another hour or so since we visited with Cory and the lazy vendors were cutting out. We came back around to the MCS booth. We had decided on what model to buy and Cory was still hard at work. I told him that we wanted to go with the Sea-Doo Wake model and I understood that he had a long day and we could work the deal the next day. Cory's lowI mean no pressureattitude almost made me feel bad to ask him to stay and write up the deal that night. It was 5 minutes after closing and Cory not once made us feel rushed. He truly cares about folks and loves what he does. Delivery and follow-up was great from Cory and the staff at Motion. Since delivery, I have even made few calls to service and Tad has been a champ at getting us familiar with our new toy. Both Cory and Tad have built our confidence in the staff at that we have no doubt that we are in professional hands with Motion CycleSports. Paperwork, documentation, registration, and delivery were perfect. If you want to buy and not be sold, Motion is the place to finish your purchase and start your adventure.

I walked into Motion CycleSports in June of 2004 to purchase my V Star Custom 650. Cory was very helpful in meeting my requests for colors, accessories, and delivery of this bike. The service department has been very helpful every time I've called or taken the bike to them. Sprint is the absolute best service manager I have ever dealt with. He has been honest, helpful, and his service team has done a great job at keeping that bike maintained. I have nothing but praise for Motion CycleSports and highly recommend them to everyone.
